Can´t get Licence File

Hello,
i can´t get a licence file from licence manager. It still reporting about username or password is invalid, but i inserted a valid username and password. Is it possible to send me a trial licence file for data parser.
I have data from btrieve (.dat and .cop) and i need to export them to the oracle.
Do you have any idea???
