Data Tools Launcher (Not Responding)
Hi,
When i start the Data Tools Launcher v. 9.2.1.42.1 it says "Checking for new licences" then it stops responding and the application hangs.
This application worked for me 2 weeks ago. I have the firewall set to disabled on my OS.
I tried to move the licence files from my licence directory then the application doesn't hang but i get the following error:
"Err:-2147204345, No response data available from the server (WebServiceGetLicenceFile)"
