Cannot launch my selected trial product

If I try to launch my selected product I get the error:

translated from german: Err: 429, object creation through activeX component is not possible. Open_Map_Designer (X_LicMgr.bas)

(Only 6 days evaluation time I have. That's why I am not so happy about this.)
