Data Parser Unstructured text vs Content Extractor
I had been using content extractor at a previous company and i find that it would be very useful but I don't see a stand alone option for buying it.
The closest I see is the Data Parser for Unstructured text.
Does it work the same as content extractor for data on multiple lines for a record?
The only difference I'm seeing so far is that it only exports to csv file instead of the multiple ones like dbf/excel/sql etc that Content Extractor did.

RE: Data Parser Unstructured text vs Content Extractor
Hi eboughey,
You're correct...the Data Parser for Unstructured Text is essentially the same product as the (old name) Content Extractor (also previously called Cambio). And within the Pervasive DataTools product line, the Data Parser exports the parsed and extracted data only to a CSV file format. Of course, you can use one of the DataTools Data Loaders to map and transform the data from the CSV file to any of the supported database, application, or other data file formats.
