No license file available
Hi there,
I just registered for a few trial demo's. I received confirmation emails that the licenses are ready, but the DataTools Launcher reports that there no licenses for the selected ID:
"No licenses have been purchased under this UserID and Passsword"
If I check under the MY ACCOUNT page on your web site there also are no licenses listed.
Any ideas?

Hi robmugabe,
I see that you downloaded all three of the installation EXE files from the downloads page. Based on the licenses that you ordered (Data Viewer and Data Parser for Btrieve), you must install ONLY the DataTools v9 product on your workstation.
If you installed DataTools v8 and/or the Data Inspector product(s), follow the un-install steps in this post and un-install ALL DataTools products.

Then check out the system requirements and installation pre-requisites in this post, and make sure your workstation is configured properly before installing DataTools v9:

Then install DataTools v9 using only this installation EXE file:
PVDataTools-9.2.1.42.1-setup.exe
