Will Datatools install on Windows 2000?

I installed it on my xp laptop without any problems but when I try to install it on the actual server that the pervasive db is running (windows 2000 sp4) it has problems with the license manager. It does not appear to load the licensemanager.exe app. Any suggestions? Will it run Windows 2000?

Will DataTools install on Windows 2000?

I noticed you said that the Win2K box is a server, so be sure you have full administrative rights. And be sure there are no other versions of Data Junction or Pervasive Business Integrator or Data Integrator installed on that server. If there is (or was), you may need to run through a clean un-install process to ensure that remnants of the old software are not causing problems for the new installation.
