Blank records also uploaded

I found that when I tried to upload several Sheets from Excel (one at a time), there are also some blank records uploaded to the PSQL file. For instance, if I upload sheet 1 which has 500 records, everything seems fine.
But if I upload sheet 2 which has 400 records to the same Pervasive.SQL Table, the upload count is 500 instead of 400. But when I see the raw data in that Table where records were uploaded earlier, I find that there are only 400 records with data, and 100 "blanks", is there a way I can flush out the earlier upload record count, when I do the second and subsequent uploads?

In the meantime, our best suggestion for a workaround is to try closing the Loader and re-launching it between each data load.
