error 13

hello Jo,

I have gone through the steps you gave me in your last email , and install the parser
but when selecting the file .DAT , i'm having the folloeing error:

"Pervasive data parser for c tree develop couldn't connect to the data source the following error was reported> error 13 on open of c:/....... .Dat"

FYI : I tried the C tree plus, C tree 4.3 ,Great Plains Unix/Mac (C-tree) connectors
and i'm always getting the same error.
can you help me please,

Error 13 usually means that the C-Tree index file is not located in the same folder as the .DAT file.

Close the Data Parser for C-TREE, copy the index file into the folder with the DAT file, launch the Parser for C-TREE, and try to connect again.
