Goldmine Data Extract

I believe that I have the "Data Extractor" installed correctly. My
project is the conversion of Goldmine Data into SugarCRM, which I am
familiar with both applications. The challenge is the same that I have
read in other literature with combining .DBT files and .DBF files from
Goldmine. We are using Goldmine ver 5.5, I click on "Reports" and then select "Contact Profile(Detailed)". The report runs successfully with all of the data that I would like to use. The challenge is.... When I
try to "Save" to file, the only options that I am given is "Rich Text
Format(*.RTF)" and "Native Format(*.FRC). These formats are not an
option to use within Data Extractor. Any ideas are welcome.
