Error "Form_Resize(frmQueryBuilder.frm) (380)"

Product : Pervasive Data DownLoader from Salesforce.com

Hi, I am getting an error message "Invalid property value in
Form_Resize(frmQueryBuilder.frm) (380)". Looks like the program has become corrupted. If I try to re install the help suggests using a "maintenance installer", but I am unable to find such a thing or reference on your site.
Please advice on a solution that won’t delete my current maps.

Solution: Error "Form_Resize(frmQueryBuilder.frm) (380)"

After speaking with a developer about this error, I learned the following:

  • The size of the Integration Query Builder window was corrupted.
  • The most common cause of the corruption is the use of dual monitors, so we recommend NOT using DataTools on a second monitor.
  • If you MUST use dual monitors, and are viewing DataTools in the second monitor, be sure to move DataTools back to the first monitor prior to closing DataTools.

The following steps should resolve the problem:

  1. Close any/all DataTools products, including the DataTools Launcher.
  2. Locate the file named QueryBuilder.xml in the following folder path on your workstation (assuming DataTools is installed on your C: drive):

    3. C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\Pervasive\DataTools\Common800\Settings

    ...where [Username] is your username on your workstation.

  3. Delete the QueryBuilder.xml file.
  4. Launch DataTools and launch the Data DownLoader from Salesforce.com.
  5. Perform the steps to go to the Query Builder.

Please let us know if this resolves the problem, or not.

Can you provide us with some details about exactly where you were in the Data DownLoader from Salesforce.com, and what steps you had performed just prior to getting the error message?

Load exisiting map, select query statment option, select the button to open the query statment window, select the build button and the error window pops up with error message as above.
After closing the error window (twice), a very small window with IQ loads.
