Not able download license file
Error Message: Failed to resolve server name / IP Address. Check your network connectivity.
I have internet access, and even tried to set the exception in Windows firewall as per the document provided on support forum. But still failure.
Please help.

You have not yet "purchased" (the trial licenses are free) either a trial or a paid license under the username you used to enter this request for assistance. Please provide us with the username under which the license was "purchased". Additional information that may assist you...
You must add a product to your shopping cart and check out before a license file will be created and assigned to you. If you go through the shopping cart, add a trial product, and check out, you may then be able to access the license file for that product through the DataTools Launcher normally after installing DataTools on your workstation.

i have purchased the trial licenses, but i have the same problem with the proxy on my LAN.

Did you "purchase" the trial license(s) using your "Maximos" login? Our records still indicate that you have not completed a shopping cart transaction using that login; therefore, no license has been created for you.

We are aware of some other DataTools users who have not been able to access the license file download through the DataTools Launcher when their connection to the Internet is via a proxy server.
Do you connect to the Internet via a proxy server?
If so, please let us know, and we will work with you to get your license file.
