SYSTEM ERROR WHEN TRIYING TO DOWNLOAD LICENSE FILE
Hi,
I've got a System Error when when the program tries to connect to get the license file.
I'm running WinXP SP2 with Fiwewall Disabled and direct connection to internet.
Any Solution?

The DataTools license web service experienced some problems over this past weekend that prevented users from accessing their license file(s). We apologize for the inconvenience.
The problems have been corrected. Please try again, and let us know if you continue to get the server error.

Hi, and thanks for your response.
Now I could download the licence files. They are installed but something is wrong.
When I start the DataTools Program, the following message appears:
Some license files in the active licence directory could not be opened or contain errors. Any files that could not be opened and read where renamed with a .error extendion
Then, not all the fields are completed (the fields regarding the info for the licences) and if I try to launch any of the utilities, the following message appears:
The Selected license is not a Pervasive DataTools license.
Any sugestion?

I see that you are in Spain. Are you running a non-English version of Windows?
DataTools does not currently run on non-English Windows. Please see these forum topics at the top of this forum:
If you have a workstation with an English version of Windows, you may want to install DataTools on that workstation until we add support for other languages in a future version of DataTools.

I hope you can make it run under spanish versions of Windows. It is not easy to find english versions of Windows now in LatinAmerica.

Hi prorm,
We plan to add support for non-English Windows in a future version of DataTools, but we have not yet established a timeframe.
When I know a bit more about the timing and details, I will post that information in this forum. So please check back periodically.
