Connection Error

I am getting the following error.
Failed to Resolve Server Name/IP Address Check your network connectivity.

I cannot use our proxy server so is there another way to get the license files?

We don't have access to connect through a the proxy server. We just connect via the company network. I await to hear from you regarding an issue on your side.

Hi sheridany,

If you must access the Internet via a proxy server, you cannot obtain your DataTools license files at this time. We apologize! The next release of DataTools will support proxy servers. And we can email your license file(s) to you, if necessary.

However, I believe the problem you are experiencing right now is due to a server failure at Pervasive Software. I am checking into the status of the failure, and will update this post when the problem is resolved on our end.
