Using without server

Is it possible to use Pervasive access uploader on a stand alone PC. I cannot get target to appear so I cannot map the files.

The Pervasive DataTools are specifically designed to be used on a stand alone PC. If the source and/or target application, database, or data file reside on a server, you must have access/permissions to it from the workstation on which DataTools is installed.
