Trial Download

Hi

I wanted to download the trial version of the btrieve parser but I get the message -

Not available due to export compliance regulations.

Any ideas?

I see in your DataTools registration information that the city, state, and country information you entered in your address do not match. This mis-match is most likely the reason that the export compliance validation failed in the e-commerce system.

Log into the DataTools site, make the needed correction to your address information, and try to order the Trial product again. Please let us know if this solves the problem, or not.
