Btreive client missing in Dataparser

I have Solomon IV installed but when I try to use the Data Parser for Btreive I get the following message:
Connector (Btreive v6) is not available for use. It is either not licensed with the product or the product associated with the connector is not installed or accessable.
What configuration steps did I miss?
