DATA TOOLS invalid password

Hello, when trying to activate my license trial data in an error-tools casts of "invalid password", the password is entered my mind the same site. Please help, yet I can not prove the trial.

Hello jimygodoy,
I see that you have created multiple logins on the DataTools web site, and have "purchased" DataTools licenses under each login. This is likely the cause for the problem you are reporting.
You will have a better experience with DataTools if you enter valid information into the registration form and change your password only if necessary.

Did you change your password on the DataTools web site between the time the license was purchased and the time you entered your login credentials in the DataTools Launcher?
