Extracting Word Documents

Hi
I'm needing to extract some word documents from a btrieve system to import into a new system.
The word documents seem to be embedded into a .DAT file.
Is there any tool to allow me to extract this?

Hi Craig,
I am not aware of any way to retrieve/extract an embedded Word document out of a Btrieve data (.DAT) file.
Is it possible that the Word document(s) are stored separately as standard .DOC files, and that there is simply a "pointer" to the .DOC files in the Btrieve .DAT file?
