Upload csv into CTree Plus

I have a patient.dat and patient.idx file that is empty. I have extracted records and formatted them according to the specs that the Ctree plus file requires.

Is there a tool I can use to Upload into the Ctree Plus file?

Thats good to know. The Ctree Plus destination was created by an application and I believe the DODA is already there. The application has the functionality to rebuild the index.

So the product I am looking for is Data UpLoader to C-TREE?
