Pervasive Product Distinction

The following descriptions explain some of the differences between Pervasive DataTools, Pervasive Data Integrator, Pervasive DataSolutions, and Pervasive DataRush to help you determine which of our product lines is a better fit for your data conversion, data migration, or data integration project.

Pervasive DataTools

Each of the DataTools products is a "subset" of just a few of the features and functionality you will find in the Data Integrator. Each DataTools product is designed and configured for "one time" or "occasional" data migration and is limited to a very specific data conversion task. DataTools products do not include the capability to do any type of "automation"; i.e., batch processing, data integration, data replication, synchronization, etc.

Pervasive Data Integrator

The Data Integrator includes highly scalable design tools that are more feature-rich for handling data management projects that require advanced functionality than is not available in DataTools.

These advanced products can be used for data migration, data conversion, data integration, application integration, and much more. Pervasive Data Integrator Engine

The Pervasive Integration Engine is a data transformation engine used to reliably and quickly power data and application integration. This embeddable, small-footprint software allows users to automatically share data between multiple databases and data files of nearly any format, including SaaS applications. The flexible Pervasive Integration Engine supports the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista Enterprise, Business, and Ultimate, as well as Linux, SUSE, RHEL, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris. Pervasive DataRush

Pervasive DataRush (PDR) is a revolutionary data processing engine and software platform with a family of high performance, embeddable software solutions for data-intensive applications and analytics. PDR closes the gap between available hardware processing power and exploding volumes of data.
