  • Each product subscription includes a minimum and maximum subscription.
  • Subscription fees are paid in advance, and are not refundable.
  • A subscription may be renewed at any time.
  • When a subscription expires, the product will not launch.
  • The purchase of a subscription obligates Pervasive Software only to provide you with an electronic delivery system for the software product installation file and license file.

Company Overview

Pervasive Software is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year!Image of Pervasive Headquarters Founded as Softcraft in 1982 by Doug and Nancy Woodward, and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Pervasive is a leading supplier of data infrastructure software. Over the years we have delivered our software tens of thousands of customers in more than 150 countries. Our loyal customer base has allowed us to succeed and grow, and we became a public company (PVSW: Nasdaq) in 1997. With consistent profitability and cash flow generation, Pervasive today enjoys a strong balance sheet reflecting healthy cash reserves and no debt.

One of the areas of Pervasive data infrastructure focus is building tools to help organizations of all sizes get a grip on their data problems. The challenges around data incompatibility are enormous - being able to read and write, migrate, extract and transform, and interface and exchange myriad data formats in an organization is a BIG headache. Incomplete and inaccurate data quality complicate the problem. To help organizations better tackle these challenges, in 2003 Pervasive bought another Austin software company, Data Junction, acquiring a complete family of tools to help users with data viewing, data extraction, data parsing, data loading, data conversion and data analysis. These products have also been tested in the marketplace for over 20 years, delivering price/performance breakthroughs. Pervasive invests in constant development around these tools, and we look forward to bringing our users exciting improvements for years to come.

Pervasive DataTools

Everybody has data, and everybody has data challenges. Virtually every software program or Web application stores data in a proprietary format, which is generally incompatible with every other program and data format. Even within programs there are almost no standards to ensure all the data is clean and accurate.

The result is data chaos. Users spend countless hours doing data viewing, data parsing, data extraction, data loading and unloading, data conversion, data mapping, data cleansing, data transformation and data analysis. The bad news: the problem won't go away anytime soon. The good news: Pervasive DataTools™ can help you master your data and dramatically reduce the time and money you spend on your data projects.
